The Safety Harbor Art and Music Center (SHAMc) and the Kiwanis Club of Safety Harbor invite you to display your art at the longest running Arts and Crafts Show in Safety Harbor, FL on Sunday, December 8.
The SHAMc/Kiwanis partnership is a new and exciting effort to elevate the level of fine art in the show, plus expose our community to inspiring creativity and one-of-a-kind art
EVENT DATES & HOURS
Sunday, December 8, 2024
- Show Hours: 9am – 4pm
- Artist Show Set Up: 6am | Tear Down: 4pm
- Main Street, Safety Harbor
(Between 8th Ave on the West and Philippe Parkway / Bayshore on the East)
- Designated section for fine art in the city’s park
- Volunteers on hand to help artists and answer questions
AWARDS
Panel of SHAMc judges will present:
- Best of Show
- 1st Place Award
- 2nd Place Award
As a new artist to the show, you will be automatically entered into the juried section of the event.
BOOTH FEES
- 10 x 10 Space only – $125.00
- Limited number of Corner Spaces available for additional $30 fee.
SIGN UP PROCESS
- Your information will be reviewed by the Kiwanis Arts and Crafts Show Committee, usually within 48 hours.
- If approved, you will be notified via email with the subject “Kiwanis Arts and Crafts Show Registration Approved” and a link to the payment form.
- After you have paid, your space will be assigned. No email notifications about your space assignment are sent.
- Go to https://shkiwanis.com/vendors for your space assignment.
SHOW POLICIES
- The club reserves the right to accept or reject any vendors, exhibits or merchandise.
- All prices include 7% sales tax.
- All payments processed through PayPal. Credit cards are accepted. No PayPal account needed.
- NO RESCHEDULE OR RAIN DATE FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER.
- NO REFUNDS.
- IN THE EVENT THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELED DUE TO FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY ORDERS, FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.
