What a fantastic night at our club’s Spelling Bee Challenge! We had an amazing time filled with fun, laughter, and great companionship. It was wonderful to see other Kiwanis clubs joining us as we tested our brain power! Thank you to the Kiwanis Club of Largo/ Mid-Pinellas and Kiwanis Club of Dunedin for participating!

Winner of the Best Spelling Team was “The Honey Bees” from Kiwanis Club of Largo/ Mid-Pinellas. They also won it last time! Best Team Name went to “Let It Bee” from the Kiwanis Club of Safety Harbor. And without a doubt, Best Costume went to “The Bee Gees”, another team from the Kiwanis Club of Safety Harbor.

With delicious pizza from The NONA slice house and exciting prizes, the atmosphere was electric. Huge shoutout to our emcees, judges, and timekeepers for keeping everything on track. And thank you Safety Harbor Art and Music Center for giving us the space to host this event.

Best people in the harbor!

A beautiful way to start an Easter Sunday.😊

We had a lovely Easter Sunrise Service at Veterans Marina Park today, and we were thrilled to host it again this year. A big thank you to the amazing pastors who delivered messages filled with hope and joy. Pastors Andrew Larsen at Safety Harbor Community Church; Dan Harrington at Countryside Baptist Church, Jeff Davis at First Presbyterian Church of Safety Harbor; Bishop Samuel Hunt at The Apostolic Church of Jesus, and Jamie Hite a Lakeview Student Ministries.

We also appreciate the dedicated Kiwanis volunteers for their invaluable support and assistance. Attendees were truly inspired by David Hale, executive director at Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center who shared the incredible work the Center's Ellen Young Food Pantry director and her staff does each week to feed hundreds of families in our community. ...
